2NC Rewards Program and the 2NC App

Enrolling in the 2NC Rewards Program and Redeeming Rewards Through the 2NC App

To Download the 2NC App, search "2nd & Charles" or scan the QR code below:

1. When a customer is shopping through the app, they can enroll in the 2NC Rewards program during
checkout. After adding items to their cart and clicking Proceed to Checkout, they will be given the option to Sign Up or Log In.

2. To create their account, they will fill in the required fields, then check the box to agree to Terms and
Conditions and click the arrow. This will finalize the creation of their account.

3. The next screen will allow the customer to view their order summary and enter their payment information.
This is also where existing Rewards members can see and apply a $10 reward to their purchase. After
clicking Place Order, they will be taken to a Transaction Successful screen with their receipt information.

Accessing Rewards from User Profile:
1. From the home page of the app, click the person icon at the top right of the screen to view My Profile. Then click the Rewards link.

2. The Rewards page will display the user’s current points and the dollar amount of the rewards that have been issued to them.
